Honoring outstanding support and continued dedication and commitment to the nation’s child support program and its professional association, the award was presented to CSF President Vernon Drew for CSF’s efforts “to help develop policies and programs that truly shape the future of child support.”

NCSEA’s President Joe Mamlin made special note of the valuable contribution CSF Senior Associate and incoming President Diane Potts, who represented NCSEA in the deliberations of the Uniform Code Commissioners in the recently passed Uniform Paternity Act, has made. He also recognized the large number of staff from CSF who volunteer their time and play key roles in NCSEA’s Board of Directors, committees and various programs.

Vernon Drew, who accepted the award on behalf of CSF, said that he is humbled by the recognition from NCSEA, adding that CSF is happy to contribute the many talents of its staff in order to be active and involved members of the child support community. He said that as part of SLI Global Solutions, CSF looks forward to continuing the special relationship with NCSEA that began with the CSF’s founding in 1991.

From Potts to former Presidents and Honorary Life Members Vernon Drew, Kathy Sokolik and Meg Haynes, CSF staff, also including former board members Susan Paikin and Amy Gober, have provided leadership to NCSEA and worked tirelessly to advance its efforts over the years. Many CSF staff and consultants served as presenters at this year’s conferences, including former board member Cynthia Bryant as well as long-time board member Hannah Roots who is also Director of International Reciprocity for NCSEA.
