SILVER SPRING, MD (September 29, 2017) – A new milestone was achieved recently when SLI Global Solution’s (SLI) efforts to bring its Quality Management System (QMS) forward to the most current standard successfully passed an outside audit by Orion Registrar. This audit found that SLI’s QMS is now in compliance with the most recent ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. Achieving this key milestone is important as it demonstrates continued willingness to meaningfully invest in a formal QMS so that it remains a vital part of how SLI does business and delivers value.
SILVER SPRING, MD (September 28, 2017) – Six members from the Center for the Support of Families (CSF) team led workshops at the Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council (WICSEC)Annual Conference in Anchorage, Alaska, recently. WICSEC is an organization of public and private child support professionals from the states, tribes and territories west of the Mississippi. More than 400 people attended the conference from over 80 jurisdictions. In addition to providing staff to teach 11 different workshop sessions, CSF was the “recharging station sponsor” for the conference.

The project, called WINGS (for Wyoming Integrated Next Generation System), is a complex, multi-vendor endeavor that is critically important to Wyoming citizens and healthcare providers. With this award to SLI, Wyoming’s Department of Health (WDH) seeks to reduce risks inherent in any large-scale IT project by using IV&V as a means to independently assess and improve the health of WINGS over the life of the project.
