The Business Analyst of the SLI Global Solutions Government division is responsible for assessing processes and products associated with the delivery of large system development projects.  Experience in systems development best practices and knowledge of the typical artifacts created as part of a system development project is required.  Knowledge of one or more government Health and Human Service programs, including Child Welfare, Medicaid, Child Care, Child Support Enforcement, Integrated Eligibility (SNAP, TANF, etc.), or Labor is a requirement.  Knowledge of MMIS Third Party Liability (TPL), Dental, and Claims modules is preferred.

SLI Global Solutions, a leading Quality Assurance and Software Testing company, is looking for a Technical Analyst to join our Government Solutions IV&V team in Columbia, SC.   The Technical Analyst will join the existing SLI team in support of the South Carolina Department of Human Services for their Medicaid eligibility system replacement project. 

 

The Technical Analyst is responsible for assessing processes and products associated with the delivery of large system development projects.  Experience in systems development best practices and knowledge of the typical artifacts created as part of a system development project is required.  Knowledge of one or more government Health and Human Service programs, including Child Welfare, Medicaid, Child Care, Child Support Enforcement, Integrated Eligibility (SNAP, TANF, etc.), or Labor is a requirement.  Knowledge of multi-project integration programs, NoSQL, and multi-system data consolidation efforts is preferred.

The Data Entry/ Customer Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring assigned project tasks are carried out accurately, efficiently, and effectively, while providing support, as needed, to project staff. This is a part time position working about 10 hours per week (more or less).  This person would be required to have flexibility in scheduling.  This person would also fill in for the full-time specialist as needed for vacation or extended time off.
